Evisentra

How engagements run

How access and delivery work for Evisentra clients and reviewers. There is no public self-serve portal — access is issued per engagement, and delivery is by secure private channel.

Client access

Private evidence intake. After scope confirmation and deposit, Evisentra sends a private, expiring upload link by email. Confidential evidence is uploaded through that link and is not attached to ordinary email. Files travel encrypted into private storage with a recorded SHA-256 fingerprint per file. You also get review status updates from your reviewer contact, and your final report as a PDF delivered through a private, expiring download link protected by an access code sent to you separately — never as an email attachment — with a SHA-256 fingerprint so you can verify the exact file received. The report format and its interactive Evidence Room layout are demonstrated with fictional sample data on the public sample report.

Reviewer access (independent contractors)

Invite-only. Independent reviewers receive access per assignment under a written reviewer agreement, after conflict and confidentiality checks.
