No — no one can. We tell you where your claim stands against the rules regulators, retailers, and competitors apply, and what to collect, clarify, revise, or escalate before publication. The decision to publish is yours.

After scope confirmation and deposit, Evisentra sends a private, expiring upload link by email. Confidential evidence is uploaded through that link and is not attached to ordinary email. Files travel encrypted and are stored in a private, access-controlled bucket — not on the web server — and each file's SHA-256 fingerprint is recorded so both sides can confirm what was received. If your organisation's policy requires a different channel, tell us and we'll arrange one.

Not as an email attachment. You receive a private, expiring download link plus an access code sent separately (by phone or message) — both are needed to download, the link can be revoked at any time, and too many wrong codes locks it. The page shows the report's SHA-256 fingerprint so you can verify you received exactly the issued file, and each download is recorded in the engagement trail.

We don't guess. You get a clarification queue listing the exact documents, assumptions, or claim boundaries needed to complete the review. Anything left unanswered is recorded as a stated gap or assumption, not invented.

Yes — a review includes one clarification round. You have up to 10 business days to send additional evidence; if it materially changes the finding, we update the report.

You can submit additional evidence or point out a factual error, and we update the report if the evidence changes the conclusion. A different preference, marketing goal, or desired outcome does not by itself change the readiness finding — though we can note your position in the report.

For claims that need judgment outside the founder's documented competence — carbon accounting and offsets, PFAS and restricted-substance chemistry, laboratory compostability interpretation — the report states plainly that an independent specialist opinion is required before final reliance. If you want that opinion arranged and no suitable specialist can be confirmed, Evisentra says so and will waitlist, decline, or refer — payment is never taken on a staffing promise it can't keep. The engine currently covers 18 claim families — from recyclable, recycled content, and compostable to PFAS-free, BPA-free, bio-based, ocean-bound plastic, microplastic-free, and deforestation-free sourcing — mapped to US federal and state rules, California, the EU, the UK, Canada, France, and Australia, and to the recognized global standards behind them. The same split used across compliance industries: a readiness assessment prepares a claim for scrutiny by applying a published method — like a SOC 2 readiness assessment before a CPA attestation, or an ISO gap analysis before certification. A specialist opinion is a named independent expert's technical judgment on the assigned scope — arranged on request, or required before final reliance for carbon/offset, restricted-substance, and laboratory compostability claims. It is a technical review — not legal advice, assurance, certification, or expert-witness testimony.

One product or SKU, one market set, up to three related claims, up to 10 evidence documents, one clarification round, and one revised final report — plus one Remediation Recheck within 90 days: send evidence addressing the identified gaps (same product, claim, material, supplier, and market) and receive a concise Recheck Addendum with each gap marked Closed, Partially Closed, or Still Open and a revised readiness result. Before: a free scoping call, then a written scope you approve. After the contract, the engagement is deliberately asynchronous so it stays fast and documented: private evidence intake through an expiring upload link delivered by email (confidential files are not attached to ordinary email), the review itself (engine + human review happen before delivery), then one batched clarification round so your team answers everything once. At delivery you can book an optional report-walkthrough call. The included 90-day remediation recheck is document-based — send the new evidence, receive the Recheck Addendum; no meeting needed unless you want one.

The report maps your gaps; you close them (collect documents, run tests, fix wording) and use the included 90-day recheck — when every gap closes, the addendum states the claim is ready for independent submission based on the evidence reviewed, and you hand the organized evidence pack to your certifier, laboratory, retailer, or counsel. If you want help getting there, Certification Submission Support (non-assurance) is a separately quoted project where Evisentra coordinates evidence collection, testing logistics, and submission preparation. Evisentra itself never certifies, approves, or guarantees acceptance — certification and laboratory fees are the certifier's and the lab's.

Yes. Paid reviewed reports are designed to support internal and business-facing claim review conversations. You may share them with relevant stakeholders involved in evaluating, substantiating, approving, or revising the claim. The report is not a certificate, legal opinion, regulatory approval, or guarantee that a claim will be accepted by any regulator, retailer, platform, or court. Free drafts and sample reports remain unreviewed and are not for external reliance.

Your evidence is held privately, used only for your review, not used to train AI models, and not shared with other clients. It is shared with the named independent specialist only after you approve that reviewer and the applicable confidentiality terms, or where required by law. Retention and deletion are described in our Privacy notice, and a DPA is available on request before paid evidence intake.

Evisentra is paid for the review process, not for a favorable result. Evisentra requires any named independent reviewer to disclose material conflicts before specialist work begins.

The report may be finalized using the evidence available, with unanswered items recorded as gaps or assumptions.

If you cancel before evidence intake begins, the deposit is refunded minus any setup work performed; after intake begins, it may be applied to work already done. The confirmed scope / invoice states this.

You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted materials and for having permission to share them. Evisentra reviews the evidence for claim readiness; it does not independently verify every underlying fact or rerun tests.
