Standard agreements

Provided during procurement or on request — each carries a document ID, version, and effective date, and is finalized with counsel before signature. We are also happy to review your organisation's standard agreements.

• Mutual NDA (EVI-NDA-001) — before confidential technical or commercial discussions.
• Service Agreement (EVI-MSA-001) — the terms of an engagement, with an order schedule.
• Data Processing Addendum (EVI-DPA-001) — how your data is processed and protected.
• Vendor packet — legal entity (Nutavix LLC), W-9, security overview, and insurance details as applicable.

By using Evisentra you agree to: use it lawfully; not submit data you don't have the right to share (free tools are not confidential intake); not present a report as a certificate, legal opinion, or approval; not resell the platform or reports; and not interfere with or probe the service.
