Service agreement pending legal approval
Evisentra does not yet publish a counsel-approved service agreement. Rather than post terms that have not been reviewed, this page states the position: the terms below are the ones a paid engagement has to settle, and they are settled in writing with you before any engagement begins.
No counsel-approved service agreement is in force (current version 'msa-v0-pending' is pending legal approval). 19 required terms are unsettled.

What applies today
Using a free tool, requesting a quote, or scheduling a call does not create an attorney–client relationship, a certification relationship, or a paid professional engagement. A paid Evisentra engagement begins only when the written scope has been accepted and any required deposit has been received.
Until an agreement is published here, the written scope you approve is the document that governs the work, alongside Terms and Privacy. Nothing on this website is legal advice, and none of it is a substitute for your own counsel's review.
